1. Where are you located?

We are located in the Northland, 5 minutes from Maplewood Community College.

 

2. When and how do I pay?

We will send you an e-receipt through email or phone number so you can verify your order but no payment is due until pick up (except on large/custom orders where deposits and payment may be due 2 weeks before order date). We accept cash, Venmo, Apple Pay, and Facebook Pay (Messenger ). 

 

3. How do I place an order?

You can call, text, email, or direct message us on FB messenger or Instagram.

 

4. How far in advance do I have to place my order?

Most cake orders can be requested 14 days in advance. For macarons, we do stock certain flavors daily, so please contact us for daily availability. Special orders, large quantities, or customized macarons may require at least  2 weeks in advance.

 

5. Is there a minimum order quantity?

There is no minimum quantity for macarons. As for cupcakes and cake pops, there is a minimum of 2 dozen per flavor for cake pops and cupcakes.

 

6. Do you ship?

Sorry, we do not ship at the moment.

 

7. How do I know if my order has been placed? 

We can send you an e-receipt via text or email once an order is placed if requested, otherwise, we will send you an e-receipt the day before pick-up as a reminder. Please don't hesitate to contact us with any questions or to confirm your order. 

 

8. Is a deposit required?

We do require a 50% deposit on orders over $150 2 weeks before the pick up/delivery date. Custom/personalized orders also require a 50% payment 2 weeks before the pick up/delivery date. Deposits are non-refundable.

 

9. What are cream cakes?

These are cakes that are filled and frosted with rich whipped cream infused with flavoring ingredients. Chantilly cream is basically sweetened whipped cream. 

 

10. Do you deliver?

We do deliver within a 10-mile radius of our location with a $30 fee (beyond 10 miles, please contact us)

 

11. Do you bake in an allergy-free kitchen?

These sweets are baked in a kitchen that is NOT allergy-free and handles soybean and shellfish.
